Our Founder/Principal


Kevin Crawford has built, managed, and scaled diverse and dynamic teams, blending both internally hired and outsourced staffing, that delivered, and continue to deliver, exceptional customer service, support, and satisfaction across multiple channels and regions at companies including Activision/Blizzard, Oculus, Meta, Anduril Industries, and Framework Computer. He has over 15 years of experience in the high-tech and video game industries in leadership roles, managing complex and innovative projects, products, and programs that enhance and optimize the end-to-end customer experience for various technologies and platforms.

Kevin’s core competencies include customer support, outsourcing (BPO) onboarding and management, project management, staff development, quality assurance, fraud and risk management, product operations engineering, community management, and reverse logistics and repair. He’s passionate about building strong teams, systems, and policies rooted in best practices, while constantly adapting to ever-changing environments and customer needs. He’s committed to collaborating with customers to create and implement effective solutions that drive business growth, customer loyalty, and social impact.
